The Global Votes Unofficial world vote for the United States 2008 Presidential Election is now closed.

Global Votes is an independent and impartial website that is not associated with any political party or movement. It is a prototype for a new system of world government of the people, by the people, for the people. A survey method in which all citizens of Earth can express their hopes and requests and have them heard.

    On a regular basis, Global Votes institutes a vote on issues that affect the world. Anybody with internet access can vote once on each issue. The results of the votes are published on this site, and sent to governments, press outlets and other relevant bodies such as the United Nations.

    In order to maintain the integrity of the voting system, you must register with your email address to be able to vote.

    2. 2. Click the 'Vote' text link.
    3. 3. New page. Enter a name and email address in the form.
    4. 4. The direct link to the questionnaire is emailed to you. Usually takes only a few seconds.
    5. 5. Open your email account. Click the direct link in the email. New page. Complete the few questions on this page. That's it!
